Hi all! So I'm home in my beautiful city of Portland, Oregon for the summer and as a native I have always been so intrigued by some of the fashion choices in this city. People come up with some pretty fun and crazy stuff to wear out, so as a result I decided to start this blog! I will post photos of people I see around the city, and also photos from halloween, and you all can guess if this is just and average Portlander, or someone dressed up for halloween! I have also set up an email address that you can submit photos to and I will post them on the site for people to see, and make guesses about.
